This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with delivery before. I ordered at 7:30. I know that’s prime delivery time so I didn’t mind it taking long. Not a biggie. However I don’t appreciate when I call asking where they’re at, very politely, when it’s been almost an hour “oh they’re on their way”. Then THIRTY MINUTES LATER I call again and get “they’re on their way. And you called only 15 minutes ago. Not thirty.” Um I have the call log and I waited exactly thirty minutes to call you back.I will say that the driver was extremely courteous and respectful but that was the only good encounter I had with them. Thankfully my rice was still warm. I haven’t even checked the other food yet because I was so mad at the customer service I received from the manager himself.
